NYSBA Event Policies

• All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event.

Policies – Event is 21+ years of age. All attendees must show a valid photo ID at the door. All attendees, including designated drivers, must be 21 or over to attend this event. No exceptions!

• NYSBA and participating breweries have the right to refuse service to any attendee to demonstrates signs of inebriation or impairment.
• Designated drivers are entitled to a complimentary tasting glass which they can pick upon exiting the festival.  Designated drivers seen drinking will be asked to leave immediately.
• Service fees apply to all ticket orders.
• No Refunds or Exchanges.
• No Re-entry.
• Event schedule and line up are subject to changes.
• Unauthorized transfers of wristbands are prohibited.
• No animals (registered service animals are permitted).
• All unvaccinated persons must wear a mask and socially distance.
